Asha firmly believes that in order to have a high-performing team you must both nurture leadership and foster a strong culture. This philosophy has been the cornerstone of Asha’s career and has made her an expert leader and manager in her field.

Asha joined the Tudor team and brought in more than 14 years of experience, she oversees the entire Operations life cycle of the Company. Adept at developing, defining and documenting Processes/Procedures and setting up reporting systems for operational efficiencies and business excellence, creating successful partnerships with business leaders, she has leveraged this to influence the development of business strategy, align organizational capabilities and reshape company culture thus achieving short- and long-term growth and financial objectives.

Asha’s career history is varied, having worked in a number of industries and functions including Business Operations, Human Resources, Admin & Training, IT & System Administration, Project Management, Team Management, Driving Sales Operations, and Process Management in IT, ITES, Supply Chain, Trading, Manufacturing and Consulting Verticals.

Asha is a Compassionate, Dynamic, Result-oriented, Entrepreneurial and Operational Management strategist, driving growth and leadership in highly competitive environments. She is a team player with unequaled individual performance.

Asha is armed with MS in Transportation engineering from University of Mississippi, USA and an MBA Graduate in HR Management from Osmania University, Hyderabad.
